• The cancellation request must be sent via email to cba2024@eventos.ufrj.br with the description of the registration data (registration code) and bank deposit details for the corresponding amount, as detailed below:
1. If the cancellation notification occurs by 08/31/2024, 90% of the paid amount will be refunded;
2. If the cancellation notification occurs between 09/01/2024 and 09/20/2024, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded;
3. If the cancellation notification occurs after 09/21/2024, no amount will be refunded;
4. If the registration occurs after 09/21/2024 and cancellation is requested, no amount will be refunded;
• The cancellation of registrations with associated papers implies the exclusion of these papers from the program and the conference proceedings, except when they are associated with another valid registration.
